Our brand-new Townus speaker series: created for the urban lifestyle - from the heart of the Taunus. We are proud to present the "Townus", with which we would like to appeal to all people for whom timeless design and high-quality appeal are important. In reference to the roots and the location of our company headquarters, in the middle of the Hessian Taunus, we have created the same sounding name Townus for the new loudspeaker models. The newly created Townus series impresses with its timeless, elegant design and its high-quality materials - ideal for urban people who value design and quality. In the word creation Townus, we also refer to the connection between the modern and pulsating life in a town and the rather quiet and rural Taunus, where the creators of this timeless and modern speaker series have their origins.

Flat construction - full sound

Thanks to the elegant surfaces of the beautifully shaped, harmoniously proportioned enclosures, the Townus 10s impress with their timeless elegance. Rounded cabinet edges and the screwless integration of the drivers into the slim baffle make the Townus 10 an eye-catcher in any living ambience. The rounded cabinet edges not only give the Townus 10 an elegant look - they also improve the sound dispersion of the speakers. Our Townus 10 2-way wall speakers are particularly unobtrusive in living spaces due to their shallow depth, as they can be hung on walls to save space. Flawless surfaces in silk matt or high-gloss lacquers as well as noble real wood veneers with a perfect finish underline the premium claim of the new Townus speaker series. Further visual highlights are the high-quality aluminium rings of the loudspeaker chassis, which are manufactured using the Seamless Diamond Cut process, and the fabric panels, rounded at the corners, which adhere magnetically to the baffles.

Highest quality technology

The Townus 10 OnWall speakers are characterised by their flat enclosures in a timeless, elegant design and the balanced Canton sound. Their homogeneity and balance in sound make the compact Townus 10 the universal loudspeaker for music of all kinds. In addition, high-quality technical components in the closed cabinets ensure an enormously high level of reliability: the 154 mm bass-midrange speaker with titanium diaphragm and Wave Bead technology in combination with the 25 mm dome tweeter made of aluminium oxide ceramic make the good sound. Last but not least, the tweeter's precisely calculated wave guide optimises the sound dispersion and coupling of the 2-way speaker, which performs with aplomb up to 40,000 Hertz. Thanks to the integrated wall brackets, the Townus 10 can be easily mounted on a wall and is ready for use in no time.

A strong team

You can expand the flat Townus 10 on-wall speakers with other models from the Townus series to create a powerful sounding multi-channel home cinema system. Our flagship Townus 90 speakers serve as the main speakers, and you can combine them with the ideally matched Townus 50 centre and Townus 10 2-way wall speakers as surround speakers. For depth and pressure in the bass, as well as an increase in overall dynamics, the Townus Sub 12 subwoofer is added. Here, the high power amplifier output and 300 mm titanium subwoofer chassis ensure impressive performance for movies and music. The smart electronic component Smart Amp 5.1 harmonises ideally with our Townus loudspeaker models, allowing you to take off into the wireless world of music streaming. The Canton Smart Amp 5.1 effortlessly replaces a classic AV receiver and offers an incomparable variety of combinations and connections - with the best sound and minimal dimensions.
